Tyler Weinberger
Tyler Weinberger is an LA-based cinematographer, who completed his education in film and television at Emerson College. He is the Director of Photography of the highly successful VICE docu-series SLUTEVER, directed by Adri Murguia, which yielded VICE’s most-watched public documentary piece of all time. He has filmed non-fiction projects with Oscar and Emmy-nominated filmmakers, including Kirby Dick’s Peabody Award-nominated documentary, THE BLEEDING EDGE (Netflix).
His first scripted feature project, CHOPIN, is a Taiwanese-American family drama currently in post-production. It follows the story of Chopin Wu and his estranged relationship with his workaholic and alcoholic father. The feature, directed by Vincent Lin, stars Eddie Liu, and Leon Dai.
In addition to documentary and narrative work, Tyler has extensive experience in commercials and music videos. He has worked with top brands including Google, Nike, The North Face, Verizon, and Toyota. Additionally, Tyler has collaborated with artists such as Doja Cat, Dominic Fike, Tyga, One Republic, Sharon Van Etten, Gorgon City, Dreamville, and many more.
